Secondly, we do not charge for delivery on orders for tags, twine or tape as we want to make Eco-Friendly shopping attractive and affordable.

If you are still unhappy with your product as it's faulty and would like a refund you can return your product to us with 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Please send us an email with a picture of the faulty goods and we will arrange a return & refund you via the same payment method.
